WHO OWNS THE ARTWORK?
All original artwork, illustrations, surface pattern designs and other creative content by Nature Designs by Wendy remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchasing an art print, stationery item or other product gives you ownership of the physical item, but does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying artwork.
You are welcome to display purchased artwork in your home or personal space. However, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, commercially use or create derivative works from my artwork without prior written permission.
I retain the rights to reproduce and license my artwork, including original paintings and commissioned works, unless a separate written agreement explicitly transfers or limits those rights.
If you'd like to feature my artwork in a publication, on a website or through another media outlet, please contact me for permission and any applicable credit requirements.
CAN I USE YOUR ARTWORK FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES?
No, not without prior written permission or an appropriate licensing agreement.
My artwork and designs may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded for commercial use, used on products for resale or incorporated into other designs without authorisation.

WHOLESALE TERMS & POLICIES
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To request access to my wholesale product catalogues, please email naturedesignsbywendy@gmail.com.
Once you've reviewed the catalogues, you can email your completed order or purchase order, including the following details:

Any special requests or notes
I'll confirm product availability and calculate shipping costs before issuing your invoice. Orders will be packed and dispatched once full payment has been received. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Alternatively, you can place an order through my Faire shop.
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
Opening orders: A minimum of 5 units per item.
Reorders: A minimum of 2 units per item.
Reorders are welcome at any time and are subject to product availability. Please email naturedesignsbywendy@gmail.com to check current stock levels and estimated restock timeframes.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
ART PRINTS
All art prints are produced on 100% cotton, museum-grade archival paper, with a paper weight of 308–310 gsm. Each print is packaged in a clear protective sleeve with a sturdy backing board and a branded label, ready for retail display.
STATIONERY
All stationery products are packaged in a clear protective sleeve with a gold-foiled belly band, ready for display or gifting.
RETAIL PRICING
Retailers are responsible for setting their own retail prices. Suggested retail prices (RRP) are provided as a guide, and I recommend using them to maintain consistent brand presentation across stockists.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–5 business days of receiving payment. All orders are shipped from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order's size, weight and delivery destination. These costs will be confirmed and included on your invoice before payment.
Domestic and international orders are shipped via Australia Post, with tracking provided where available.
Delivery timeframes may vary, and carrier delays are outside my control. International retailers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by their destination country.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me promptly if any items are damaged, missing or incorrect.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All products are carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items or has another issue, please email naturedesignsbywendy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photographs where applicable. I'll review the details and work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.
Due to the nature of wholesale orders, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, ordering errors or unsold stock, except where required by applicable law.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact me within 24 hours of placing it. I'll do my best to accommodate your request, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations or changes cannot generally be accommodated. For approved returns, the retailer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on my part or another arrangement is required by law.
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging, unless the issue involves damage or an incorrect item.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
