6 Ways I Use Floral Notepads for Everyday Organisation

Hi friends,

To celebrate the launch of the Vintage Flowers Collection, I wanted to share a few ideas for how you might use your new notepad. A little reminder: there is no right or wrong way to use it. Your notepad can become whatever you need it to be.

In this short blog, I’m sharing 6 ways I love using notepads and how you can make yours part of your everyday rituals. I hope these ideas inspire you and help you make your notepad your own. 🌼

Shopping Lists & Errands

Keeping a notepad in a common space is a simple way to capture things as they come to mind whether it’s groceries you need, household items to pick up, or errands you don’t want to forget, having everything in one place helps you stay organised.

By planning your shopping trips and grouping errands together, you can save time throughout your week. This is a small habit that can help make everyday life feel a little more organised.

Daily To-Do Lists

Although time blocking is usually my go-to productivity method, in this season of life with a newborn, I’ve found that a simple to-do list works better for me. Instead of assigning a time to every task, I write down what needs to be done and organise it by priority. This allows me to move through the day with more flexibility while still focusing on what matters most.

Task Breakdowns

When you have a larger task or project ahead, breaking it down into smaller steps can make it feel much more manageable. Writing down each step and crossing them off as you go is a simple way to build momentum and see your progress along the way.

Brain Dump

When your mind feels full, use your notepad to quickly get everything out of your head. Write down the little tasks, ideas, reminders, or thoughts that are taking up mental space. By putting them onto paper, you can clear your mind, decide what needs your attention, and come back to them when you’re ready.

This gives you permission to be more present and focus on what’s in front of you.

Things To Try, Do & Explore

Your notepad can be a place to quickly capture ideas as they come up. Write down events you want to attend, places you want to visit, things you want to try, or experiences you want to plan. It can be a great place to plan a day trip, a scenic route, or a date day.

Capture Distractions

A floral notepad is also a great tool for writing down thoughts that pop into your mind throughout the day. Whether it’s an idea, a reminder, or something unrelated that comes up while you’re focusing on a task, quickly writing it down allows you to return to what you were doing without losing the thought.
