Studio Notes: A Season of Clarity

Hi friends,

We’re getting closer to baby’s arrival, and this month has felt full in every sense of the word.

I’ve officially finished up at work and now have a month to slow down, declutter the house, prepare the essentials for baby and postpartum recovery, and gently nest into this new chapter. The nesting urges are very real right now! I’m honestly so grateful for this breathing space — time to tidy, reflect, and just be.

This season has also brought a lot of clarity.

I’ve been thinking about boundaries, relationships, and what I want this next chapter of life to look like. Sometimes big life transitions have a way of revealing what’s truly aligned… and what isn’t. Where we might be over-giving. Where we need firmer boundaries. Where simplicity feels better than stretching ourselves thin.

More than anything, I feel ready to keep this next season intentional and simple — focusing on my art business, filling my own cup, bonding with my little family, and nurturing the relationships that genuinely feel mutual and life-giving.

If this season has taught me anything, it’s that clarity is a gift. I hope it’s a gentle reminder for you too — to notice what energises you, what drains you, and what you’re ready to lovingly release.
